Low partial discharge: The resin mixture adopts two techniques, namely foreign mixing methods and vacuum film degassing, to stir the mixture evenly and eliminate bubbles inside the mixture. The product has extremely low partial discharge capacity. Both high and low voltage coils are poured under vacuum and pressure, making the resin insulation both fully encapsulated and impregnated between turns. The poured body has a dense solidification structure, which is flame retardant, explosion-proof, and does not pollute the environment.
The insulation materials such as glass fiber used for winding coils have self extinguishing properties and will not generate arcs due to short circuits. Under high heat, the resin will not produce toxic or harmful gases.
High mechanical strength: The resin with filling material reduces the difference in expansion coefficient, curing shrinkage rate, internal stress, and hardness of the cured material inside the pouring body. Prefabricated reinforcement materials are placed in the epoxy resin encapsulation layer on the inner and outer surfaces of the high and low voltage coils, which has a dense structure like reinforced concrete. Therefore, the mechanical strength is greater than that of pure epoxy resin and can withstand sudden short-circuit electric force without damage.
