S11M Series Oil Immersed Power Transformer Product Overview:
The S11-M series fully sealed oil immersed power transformers developed and produced by our company have the characteristics of low loss, low noise, and high efficiency, which can achieve good energy-saving effects and reduce pollution. Compared with ordinary oil immersed transformers, fully sealed transformers eliminate oil storage tanks, and the change in oil volume is automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated sheets in the corrugated oil tank. The transformer is isolated from air to prevent and slow down oil degradation and insulation aging, enhance operational reliability, and operate normally without maintenance.
Product Features:
1. The transformer iron core is made of imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets stacked together, greatly reducing no-load losses and no-load currents. The iron core is tied to ensure its compactness and reduce noise.
2. The high and low voltage windings are made of oxygen free copper. For low voltage windings of 500kVA and below, a double-layer cylindrical structure is used. For windings of 630kVA and above, a double helix or four helix structure is used. For high voltage windings, a multi-layer cylindrical structure is used.
3. The transformer connection group adopts Dyn11 to reduce the impact of harmonics on the power grid and improve the quality of power supply.
4. The transformer is a fully sealed structure, which extends its service life, eliminates the need for lifting and maintenance.
5. The measured noise level is lower than the standard.
